School of Perfume and Aroma Technology attaches importance to cultivate teaching teams of sustainable development. Three teaching teams are organized by the academic pacemakers. The comprehensive quality of the teachers and the teaching level improve a lot through teaching seminar and experience exchange.
The school encourages the teachers to make improvement on teaching contents and methods. In recent years, 25 projects on teaching construction at national, Shanghai and school level are completed or still in research.
